Mission
- Optimize and enhance the quality of life for medically fragile children/young adults of Sarnia-Lambton and ensure that all community agencies are fulfilling their obligation
- Enhance our profile as strategic communicators for the medically fragile through community partnerships and public awareness
- Recruit new volunteers who respect the CCMF vision and are able to fulfill their obligations of their commitment
- Advocate for resources and the implementation of programs that will ensure the special needs of the medically fragile are identified and met
